St. Jacob’s Mussels – with topinambur, cantaloupe melon, coriander and lemon biscuit.
Veal broth – with homemade tortellini, meat and seasonal vegetables.
Roasted pumpkin – with pak choy, purple carrot , rosemary, pumpkin seeds, finely smoked crème fraîche.
Roasted beef ribs, mashed potatoes with
smoked cheese, baked parsley and crispy onion topping.
Eclaire – sesame cinnamon cream, blueberries and roasted hazelnuts.
Creamy spinach risotto with homemade veal ham, parmesan, pea sprouts and roasted almonds.
